Insurance is available and optional for $1.70 per each $50.00 purchase.
All hair bows are shipped in sturdy boxes. Clippies are usually shipped in poly-mailers.
Your purchase will ship within 3 business days or sooner with the exception of holidays, weekends and any other dates that will be posted on our main store page a week prior. I do not ship during these times.
Each package is shipped with delivery confirmation within the USA. Canadian packages are shipped with a certificate of mailing.
I accept money orders that are from the United States Post Office ONLY and Paypal. Money orders and echecks through Paypal must first clear before your order will be shipped. I do not and will not accept personal checks, cashier's checks or cash. Confirmed Paypal only from Canadian customers! No exceptions!
Payments by money order need to be received within 7 days of your purchase. Please email to let me know when to expect your payment.
Shipping prices are for within the 48 mainland United States and Canada only. Please contact me for a shipping quote if you are located outside of this area.
All sales are final unless you are shipped the wrong item. (You ordered a pink bow and were shipped a blue one instead.)

*ABOUT MY HAIR BOWS: All of my hair bows are always securely hand sewn at each layer first, before being hand sewn together to form the final bows. You can be confident knowing that none of the ribbons in my hand sewn hair bows can be pulled out! They have all been very well tested by my daughter who is always pulling hers out of her hair! All ribbon edges are always treated for fraying...including the hidden inner ones that you may not be able to see! When it's impossible to sew a bow together because of its design, I use a strong, permanent adhesive...never, ever hot glue!! And all of my bows are constructed using high quality ribbons. You will love your purchase here and get tons of compliments when ever your little darling wears them!
